Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 11 September 2026
The short version
You can cancel a paid plan anytime, keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and — for one-time purchases — ask for a refund within 14 days. This page says exactly how, for both a purchase made on the web and one made inside the iPhone app.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above always tells you which version is current.
How to cancel a web subscription
If you subscribed on the web, open Settings → Plan & billing and choose Cancel. Cancelling stops the next automatic renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
You can restart a cancelled plan any time before it ends. Cancelling does not delete anything — your travel history, collections and photos stay in your account.
Purchases made through the App Store
If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple is the seller and processes the payment. Manage or cancel that subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, since we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you. Cancelling there stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
Refunds on an App Store purchase are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies, not by us — request one through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). If Apple asks us to confirm something, we will help.
Refunds on recurring web plans
For a web subscription, cancelling ends future charges rather than refunding the current period, because you keep access to what you have paid for until it runs out. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or charged twice, email support@anomadsguide.com and we will put it right.
Refunds on one-time purchases
For a one-time purchase made on the web, if you are not happy, email support@anomadsguide.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund it in full. After 14 days we consider refund requests case by case. A one-time purchase made through the App Store is refunded by Apple, as above.
Your statutory rights
If you live somewhere with mandatory consumer-protection or “cooling-off” rules (for example the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases), those rights apply on top of this policy and are not reduced by it. Note that where you ask for immediate access to a paid feature, some jurisdictions treat that as starting the service, which can affect the withdrawal right — we will always honour the greater of your statutory right and this policy.
How to reach us and how long it takes
Email support@anomadsguide.com from the address on your account and tell us what happened. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by the payment processor, which can take a few days to appear.
If you have already raised the charge with your bank, let us know so it is not processed twice.
